There
are millions of branches, stores, field operations and other “non-corporate” locations
operated in the United States. While their industries may vary,
they face similar challenges in developing a common culture
among people working in geographically separated worksites.
The Branch Productivity Institute (BPI) is a non-profit enterprise,
focused on providing unique learning opportunities and a one-of-a-kind
networking platform for field management.
Membership is by invitation. Members
represent all levels of responsibility – including
Branch Manager, Branch Sales, VP of Sales, President, CEO, CFO,
COO, etc. Current members include representatives from
